Gill Mulroe
Head of Environmental, Social Value and Innovation
ISS FM UK&I

As a passionate leader and role model, I am dedicated to driving positive change and making a difference in the world. As a person with dyslexia, I have faced my share of challenges, but I have never let that hold me back. Instead, I have used my experiences to become a lifelong learner and a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.

I am the Head of Environmental, Innovation and Social value, and committed to creating a more sustainable future. I am a Chartered Environmentalist and Fellow of the Chartered Resource and Waste Managers, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and expertise to drive positive change.

As a Diversity and Inclusion lead, I am dedicated to creating a world that is inclusive and welcoming for all. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with fairness, have access to developing their skills, I work tirelessly to ensure that everyone feels valued, engaged, has a voice, and can speak up. My people development qualities were highly commended in my accreditation award as a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

Outside of work, I am a Climate Commissioner, an Inclusion advisor for the National Memorial Arboretum, and the founder of Elevating Voices, a platform I created to elevate the voices of the rich diversity in the waste and resource sector, due to a lack of diversity. Through this platform, I bring leaders together for collaboration and work to create a more inclusive and diverse industry.
