Euston Ling holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree and a Masters of Business and Technology.  He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management and is a Centre Councilor on their London and Southern Counties Centre Council.

With over 32 years of experience, Euston is employed by the North London Waste Authority as their Head of Planning and Technical Solutions, and was also the Head of Technical Assurance for the North London Heat and Power Project.  He is also seconded to Western Riverside Waste Authority as their Infrastructure Development Lead, overseeing the redevelopment of a marine transfer station adjacent to Battersea Power Station.
