Sophie is an award-winning entrepreneur working at the intersection of the circular economy, technology, open standards and packaging. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Dsposal, a Founding Director of its sister social enterprise Your Dsposal, a Founding Director of the not-for-profit GING and the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Open 3P. She is currently on secondment to Resource Futures.

She speaks internationally on the circular economy, digitalisation, data and open standards. Sophie was named Innovator of the Year in the 2024 Resource Hot 100, sits on numerous advisory boards, and is a trustee for the charity Village Service Trust.
