Charlotte is the Principal Waste Services Manager at North Northamptonshire Council.

With over 20 years of experience Charlotte’s role encompasses managing a range of services including Waste Collection and Recycling, Street Cleansing, Collection and Disposal of Abandoned Vehicles, Grounds Maintenance, Planned Building Maintenance Building Cleaning, Void Property Works and Pest & Animal Control Services.

A Prince 2 Practitioner Charlotte specialises in procurement and project management and her roles have included the procurement of major and minor contracts in line with EU requirements including the use of the Competitive Dialogue Procedure.

Prior to working at North Northamptonshire Council Charlotte held managerial roles at Central Bedfordshire Council, Mid Beds District Council and Luton Borough Council.
